In the Production role, you will be integral to the manufacturing process within our facility, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor.Your core skills in factory operations, mechanical knowledge, and assembly line work will ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The organization expects you to maintain safety standards while contributing to a collaborative team environment, driving success in our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

Follow assembly line procedures to ensure quality and consistency in production.Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks as required.Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues.Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Education: High School

High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 6 months
