We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Planner at Naval Base Kitsap – Bangor located near Silverdale, Washington to provide support to Navy and Lockheed Martin Customers for sustainment of Trident II submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM).
In this role, you will utilize various databases and sources to create shop and production orders from the approved sources, to enable Missile Body Operations to perform required tasks. Perform quality checks on planning products and appropriately route for approval. Work will be performed under strict deadlines with high levels of quality required. Be an active contributor in Continuous Improvement activities and initiatives, and champion process improvements. Coordinate with other internal and external customers to ensure production needs are met. May require overtime support on non-standard work days, depending on production schedule, and execution of other duties as assigned. Travel may be required (
