Production Manager Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staffEnsure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient mannerMonitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as neededEnsure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standardsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentTrain and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processesMonitor and document employee attendance and performanceDevelop and implement production schedules and workflowsEnforce company policies and procedures in a consistent and fair mannerMonitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotationTroubleshoot production issues and resolve them in a timely manner


Work Experience
Production Manager Requirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environmentPrior management experienceUnderstand KPI's & able to coach to them Knowledge of production processes and equipmentAble to prioritize and manage multiple tasksExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and accuracyAble to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office suite and other related software
