**Job Title:** Manufacturing Production Associate (Overnight Shift) **Location:** Manassas, VA **Pay Rate:** $20.90/hr. **Shift:** Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM **On-Site Position | *Must Be Available Any Day of the Week** We’re hiring motivated and detail-oriented individuals for a **Manufacturing Production Associate** role in Manassas, VA. This is a great opportunity to learn new equipment and gain transferrable skills in a fast-paced, highly regulated production environment. This **temp-to-hire** position offers long-term potential and opportunities to upskill. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in various stages of the production process according to SOPs + Perform real-time documentation of batch records + Calibrate equipment such as scales daily + Load raw product and packaging materials into machinery + Monitor product quality and escalate defects or irregularities + Support product changeovers by cleaning and sanitizing work areas + Prepare materials (boxes, wrappers, ingredients) and load finished product onto pallets + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace during operations + Move materials using carts, totes, drums, or pallets + Maintain accurate daily logbooks **Requirements:** + High school diploma or GED required + 1–3 months of related manufacturing or production experience preferred + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in standard units of measure + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and solve practical problems + Must be able to stand for extended periods (90%+ of shift) + Ability to regularly lift/move up to 40 lbs.; occasionally up to 1,000 lbs. with equipment **Work Environment & Conditions:** + Exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and loud noise + Occasional risk of electrical shock, extreme heat, or exposure to chemicals + Must wear PPE (steel toe shoes required) **Ready to Get Started?** Apply now to begin your career in manufacturing with a company that invests in your training and future growth! **Pay Details:** $20.90 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
