This should include interfacing with transportation and customer-facing strategies to ensure continuous supply chain solutions. **_Qualifications_** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred + 6-10 plus years manufacturing experience strongly preferred + Past CGMP experience strongly preferred + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs + Demonstrated ability to write and revise CGMP documents + Proficient in Microsoft Office + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **_Responsibilities_** + Assists with improving production procedures, processes and controls resulting in cost reduction and enhanced efficiency. + Creates new manufacturing processes inclusive of production flow, assembly, packing procedures and production equipment. + Assists with manufacturing goals, team member training, and delivers results to meet cGMP’s. + Identifies and utilizes appropriate tools and equipment for manufacturing use. Handles documentation associated with tools and equipment maintenance. + Represents operations on cross-functional teams. + Supports deviation management process and primary cause evaluation for executed process deviations. Be a liaison between manufacturing and quality assurance. + Develops and presents metrics and trending reports on corrective actions as well as deviations.
