Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our backend operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining the manufacturing processes for microarray production. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality standards, efficiency, and continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:As a Process Engineer II, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for sustaining and optimizing our microarray manufacturing processes. Your outstanding skills will help us achieve flawless efficiency, yield, and product quality. You will:
Sustain, evaluate, and improve Backend manufacturing processes for microarray production.Implement process control techniques and procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Work with Equipment Engineers to develop qualification plans detailing the steps and criteria for equipment testing and validation.Gather and analyze data from equipment trials to confirm performance against critical metrics.Prepare detailed reports summarizing the evaluation and qualification process.Process Optimization and Improvement:We believe in continuous improvement and are determined to achieve world-class standards. Provide technical support to the production team to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.Ensure all manufacturing processes align with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with quality assurance to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including designers, suppliers, mold makers, and production staff.Strong communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other collaborators.Requirements:Your proven expertise and outstanding skills will help us compete at the highest levels. To be successful in this role, you should have:
