Job Description
A client is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their plant where they produce engines. You will be part of a two-shift operation with a small, salaried workforce that values collaboration and cross-functional support. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and operating engine test equipment, diagnosing and addressing issues with engines that fail tests, and responding to equipment malfunctions and assembly process disruptions. You will also participate in continuous improvement projects, attending team meetings to review defects and downtime events, and implementing solutions to enhance business results. Our work environment is clean, well-lit, and air-conditioned, with epoxied floors and engines on display. We maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism, as the plant frequently hosts visitors. This role offers potential for extension and growth within the company. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about high-performance vehicles, willing to work long hours, and open to assisting with quality issues as needed.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
1+ year of experience with engine testing (ex. Bauer test systems) and torque fastening (ex. Atlas Copco torque programming)
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant, preferably in power train engine
Strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working 1st or 2nd shift. Primarily on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), but must be available for 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) as needed based on business requirements.
10 hours OT per week depending on need 3D modeling null
