Manufacturing Process Engineer
Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineers to sit fully onsite in Middle River, MD. This role involves working hands-on with composite materials, ensuring proper bonding techniques and applications within a manufacturing environment. The individual will be responsible for designing and developing specialized tools using CATIA, as alternative software will not suffice. A strong focus on process improvement is essential, as this role requires analyzing current manufacturing workflows to identify and implement efficiency-enhancing solutions. Success in this position depends on being highly motivated, with a proactive mindset and a drive to make a meaningful impact each day. Collaboration with engineers, technicians, and production teams will be a key component, ensuring challenges are addressed effectively and processes continue to evolve. Compensation: $110K to $127K per year annual salary. Skills and Requirements - Bachelors Degree in Engineering - 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer - Experience working in an environment with composite and composite bonding - Experience designing tools in CATIA (similar software will NOT suffice) - Experience with process improvement in a manufacturing role - Highly motivated.
