Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- 1 - 3 years of experience in Production Planning within a manufacturing environment (preferably in a similar role).

Knowledge and strong expertise in MRP and ERP systems (SAP).Basic understanding of Kanban and plastic parts.Self-motivated with proven leadership skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a proactive, results-driven approach.Proficient in English.

Responsibilities:

Develop and follow up on production plans based on sales forecasts.Determine production plans versus line capacity to improve efficiency.Coordinate shipments of finished products to customers.Maintain communication and provide outstanding service to customers.Participate in material planning and cycle counts.Implement strategies to reduce backorder and inventory while optimizing production efficiency to meet demand fluctuations.Coordinate and implement validation and transfer strategies to avoid customer impact.Develop procedures for material handling and reporting metrics.Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production plans.
