Manufacturing operator Team D

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

· Safety first attitude required

· Preform Quality checks on material and accurate reporting

· Data entry on various manufacturing platforms (Outlook,

· Visually identify and accurately record material defects and preform applicable Quality checks at each workstation

· collect and record data using various manufacturing platforms

· Follow ALL department procedures and safety protocols

· Participate in engineer-directed tool testing, process developments and quality tests

· Follow all documentation processes for each workstation pertaining to standard processing, test processing, or modified processing when applicable

· Provide accurate feedback where applicable.

· Support the training of new employees assigned to the area

· Understand and comply with SOP for assigned workstation/s and material

· Responsible for maintaining a high efficiency workstation

· Cross training in multiple departments required

Experience/Requirements

· High School Diploma or equivalency.

· Must be able to work weekend hours. Overtime may be required.

· Experience with networked PC based computer system. (Excel, Outlook, and MRP).

· Must be technically inclined with mechanical skills.

· Experience with problem analysis and resolution and reporting and documentation skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures while offering suggestions for continuous improvement.

· Experience with 5S considered a plus, but not required.

· Due to ITAR compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)

· Possess a high standard of work ethics, professionalism, and competency

Working Conditions

· Good working conditions.

· Long pants and closed toe shoes required

Physical Requirements

· Good hand dexterity
