Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota

Work Environment: Cleanroom pharmaceutical manufacturing

Pay Range: $21.00 – $27.00/hour (based on experience)

🕒 Available Shifts & Pay

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon–Fri) —+$1.60/hr shift differential

3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Mon–Thurs) - OR - 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM (Mon–Thurs) —+$3.20/hr shift differential

🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality pharmaceutical products. You’ll operate and support specialized equipment, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate equipment for mixing, coating, slitting, converting, and packagingAssist with line setup, roll changes, inspections, and cleaningMaintain accurate records using Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Follow cGMP standards and safety protocolsSupport continuous improvement and 6S initiativesFoster a respectful, team-oriented workplace🧠 What You Bring

Required:

High School diploma or GED1–3 years of experience in a cGMP production environmentAbility to follow written and verbal instructions in EnglishTechnical aptitude with commercial equipment

Preferred:
