Job Description

Preparing Production process

Daily 5S activity before Setup production process and maintain the work area keep clean, safe and clarify.Perform Warming up machine, start up Checking, and verification master sample before Production runningProvide and filling out production and maintenance form / record for OperationPrepare production supplies and sub materials for running productionFollow daily briefing with all production staffSupport Production Leader to perform Routine Preventive Maintenance activities

Productivitiy & OEE

Keep effective machine and equipment for production processing hour are used.Keep target output and cycle time shiftlyEnsure that equipment are maintained in good to reduce unplanned BreakdownSupport Preparation Change Over Activities in work station

Quality

Reduce production scrap ratio especially cause production damageKeep target Zero Customer ClaimKeep quality condition during production.Follow Working Instruction, Production Procedure, and company rules / policies

Skill Up Grade Production

Following Training activity according to Training Plan, Qualification skill matrix, Evaluation test, Blind Test and othersProcess training to increase competency

Keep Safety Condition

Operating equipment safely for production processing.Ensure that equipment are in good condition and safe working condition.Identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately.

QualificationsGraduated minimum from SMK or SMUFresh Graduate or preferred have 1 - 2 year work experience in manufacturing assemblyPreferably attractive, good health, proactive, good team work, able to work independently and under pressurePreferably understand and speak English minimum passiveAble to operate PC ( Ms word / Ms Excel)Fast learner, mature with nice attitude and detail oriented personWilling to be assigned work on field (Production) for extended periodWilling work following shift schedule and RotationWilling work in shift operation and work with standing methodWilling to work on Lippo Cikarang area
