Your Role:

 

The Manufacturing Operator 3 is responsible for operations related to final packaging, boxing or picking of products to the established quality standards to meet customer demand and expectations. Additionally, optimize operations to realize maximum efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include the following:

 

Ensure proper line opening and closing for one or more complete operationsReport any quality issues or suggestions for improvement to team lead or supervisorEnsure a steady flow of materials to the shop floor by coordinating with the kitting and shipping teamsAssist with weekly cycle countsIssue material to work orders as neededMeet output targets set by line leads and/or supervisorUtilize all safety tools properly and assist with training other employeesUnderstand and follow all written documents including standard operating procedures (SOPs), forms, test methods, and test specificationsOperate PIT equipment and train othersShift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

 

Who You Are

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

High School diploma or GED2+ years of experience in material handling or manufacturing operations

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Proficient in ERP systems for processing transactions and issuing materials, with the ability to train and guide others in these tasksHighly adaptable, with the ability to learn new production processes quickly and shift tasks to meet changing departmental prioritiesMeticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on quality control and maintaining accurate documentationExcellent verbal and written English communication skills for reporting production information, combined with proficiency in computer data entry and basic mathDemonstrated knowledge of diverse manufacturing processes and product specificationsReliable and collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
