As a Manufacturing Associate, you are responsible for performing component assembly of circuit boards, wiring harnesses, connectors, chassis wiring, and mechanical assemblies. In addition, you will be mounting and soldering components, wiring harnesses, connectors and mechanical assemblies.
 

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for:
 

Applying settings, calibrating and maintaining assembly tools.Identifying and reading values of common electronic components to verify parts requiredPerforming high and low level temperature soldering to ensure attention to detailAssembling components per assembly drawings & bill of materialPerforming functional testing on assemblies per customer and/or division criteria.Operating test equipment in compliance with engineering standards.Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and electronic schematics

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Be in possession of a High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with 6+ months related experienceDemonstrate a good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learnHave ability to operate material moving equipment.Have a good understanding how to operate basic hand tools and power tools needed for assemblyBe a team player and capable of working well with minimal supervision while following safety procedures
