International Motors' Huntsville Powertrain Plant is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor - Cylinder Block Machining.

 

Step into a leadership role where your experience leading others will drive Safety, Quality, and production. We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Supervisor to lead first shift operations and champion Lean Manufacturing principles on our cylinder block machining line.  

Responsibilities Drive production teams to meet their goals with safety leading the wayLead production teams to meet goals in quality, efficiency, and costDrive continuous improvement in tooling, training, and throughputSolve operational challenges across process capability, absenteeism, and materialsManage schedules, budgets, and workforce planningMentor and develop team members at all levels Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 3 years of production/manufacturing experience

OR

Master’s degreeAt least 1 year of production/manufacturing experience

OR

At least 5 years of production/manufacturing experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
