Schedule: Onsite | 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00–$42.00 per hour (based on experience)About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Planner to support our Amarillo production team. In this role, you will convert released engineering data into actionable manufacturing plans, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our aircraft assembly operations.

This is an opportunity to be part of a highly skilled team shaping the future of aerospace manufacturing. The ideal candidate has a strong background in production planning, familiarity with engineering systems, and a passion for process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain work instructions, tooling requirements, and planning packages based on released engineering data

Incorporate engineering changes using systems and coordinate updates with Change Management and Manufacturing teams

Analyze tooling needs using CAD systems and participate in design evaluations for tooling solutions

Support timely updates to production orders and provide floor support for change implementation

Reconcile Engineering and Manufacturing Bills of Material (BOM) to ensure accuracy and alignment

Collaborate with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering to define efficient, repeatable build sequences for major assemblies

Serve as a responsive liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve issues impacting production

Support root cause and corrective action processes, redline management, and process improvements

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Production or Manufacturing Planning

Proficiency in ERP systems, including 3DX (Dassault), PEO (SAP), and SAP

Strong ability to interpret blueprints and digital product definitions (CAD, GD&T)

Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling methodologies, and aircraft assembly

MRB (Material Review Board) experience preferred

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred

Pay Details: $25.00 to $42.00 per hour
