Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Operations to oversee and organize daily manufacturing tasks in line with established procedures. This position requires proactive leadership to enhance business efficiency and implement strategic initiatives that support North American Operations and Continuous Improvement objectives. Organize management structure and teams for efficient operations. Oversee product manufacturing to meet performance and quality standards. Review production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals are met. Monitor production stations to address backlog and manpower needs, coordinating with supervisors for solutions. Identify and resolve production floor process problems with department managers. Update procedures in production departments to boost productivity. Request software changes to improve job efficiency and work with teams to implement them. Promote awareness of ISO 9000, AS9100, and ISO 14001 standards. Review and approve equipment purchases, maintenance, and layout. Develop and manage the departmental budget. Present project status to Senior Management, including performance, scheduling, budgeting, and costs. Developing KPI's and delivering them to VP and C-Suite level team members. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Industrial Management, or related field. At least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing management role with demonstrated ability to oversee multiple lines of production. Thorough understanding of the policies and practices used in the manufacturing division. Manage diverse, simultaneous projects of varying complexities.
