**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for an **Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3)** to join the **767 Manufacturing Compliance Team** based in **Everett, Washington** .
In this role, you will collaborate and present to our Senior Leadership team. Implement strategies that strengthen the company’s competitive edge and long-term resilience. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in evaluating processes, interpreting data, and developing actionable plans that align with our commitment to excellence and innovation in manufacturing operations.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
+ Analyzes and interprets data
+ Provides feedback on assessment results
+ Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
+ Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
+ Works under general direction
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ 3+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
+ 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
+ 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ 1+ year of experience presenting information to senior leadership
+ 1+ years of experience with Project Management
+ 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)

**Summary pay range: $88,978 - $108,751**
