Bell is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support the Repair and Overhaul Center (ROC) at our Fort Worth, TX location.

The Manufacturing Operations Analyst functions as the focal point for program coordination and control.

What you’ll be doing as a Manufacturing Operations Analyst

Direct the development of program and operating schedule to support end item deliverable to customer.
Provide the highest quality product or service that meets the needs of internal and external customers.
Responsible for identifying and coordinating actions to correct out of balance conditions between Supply and Demand.
Provide accurate visibility of program status in relation to plan and schedule.
Coordinate with cross COEs for allocation requests and MRP support.
Recognize supplier and production delays; develop solutions to maintain on-time delivery to customer.
Focus on customer relationship and meeting expectations.
Prepare and deliver oral and visual presentations.
Continuously drives improvement of critical metrics: aging orders, delivery performance, reduced lead times, cost, safety and product throughput.

What you’ll be doing as a Manufacturing Operations Analyst

What you need to be successful

Bachelor’s Degree required.
2 years’ experience in Materials Requirement Planning.
Repair Overhaul experience preferred.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Ability to use SAP, CAMS, Enovia, BedVue, and iMRO.
Strong MS Office skills required, especially Excel
