Executes production plans by aligning resources, schedules, and staffing with established priorities. + Responsible for executing the operational plan and staying within the assigned budget, while driving cost and waste reduction and productivity improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, and best practices. + Supports new product introduction, ensures material availability, and fosters continuous improvement across quality, cost, and delivery performance. + Efficiently communicate both English and Spanish both in person and in reports/via email. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + A University Degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Electronic, Mechanical or related) + Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. + English level - 90%. + Relevant experience leading a Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing process with demonstrated results in process improvement, cost reduction, or efficiency gains (e.g., documented savings, cycle time reduction, or quality improvements). + Direct experience managing end-to-end production processes, including planning, execution, and optimization. + Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environments, with emphasis on safety, quality, and delivery. + Strong KPI management skills, with experience in defining, tracking, and improving key performance indicators (e.g., OEE, scrap rate, throughput). **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment + Experience in Electronic and Aerospace industry + Experience working outside of standard organizational structures or leading initiatives beyond traditional scope. + Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of team development and cross-functional collaboration. + Demonstrated strategic thinking with proven ability to align production operations with business goals and drive measurable results. + Experience in work transfer projects or NPI processes. + Travel availability **Learn More & Apply Now!** Avionics delivers advanced cockpit displays, vision systems, and comprehensive digital solutions for global government, commercial and business aviation customers.
