Key Responsibilities:
Lead departmental operations planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategies.Manage and develop a team of professionals, including hiring, performance development, and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.Utilize in-depth knowledge of manufacturing engineering and analytical thinking to execute policies and strategies effectively.Apply best practices and integrate own area with other functions, maintaining awareness of market competition and differentiating factors.Exercise judgment to propose innovative solutions for complex manufacturing processes involving technical variety and interdependent production cycles.Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues, providing guidance and mentorship while leading small-to-medium projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.Communicate performance expectations, resolve sensitive issues, and build consensus within the team to achieve operational objectives.Basic Requirements:
Significant experience in Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering, with knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Czech.Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems, document and execute programs, and market initiatives effectively.Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver results in a dynamic environment.Company benefits:
