Position Summary and Responsibilities:
Manages all activities related to manufacturing of Electro-Mechanical Relays (EMR) value stream by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
+ Lead daily production activities to meet or exceed output, quality and on-time delivery targets
+ Ensure clear and consistent communication of the build plan, production priorities and status updates through structured daily meetings and effective floor level engagement.
+ Collaborate closely with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality to resolve roadblocks and support cross functional alignment.
+ Identify and resolve production issues proactively, including material shortages, machine downtime and process inefficiencies.
+ Standardize and continuously improve work processes, incorporating lean manufacturing practices and structured problem solving
+ Foster a culture of accountability, communication and team work across operators and departments.
+ Provides weekly, monthly forecast and quarterly estimates reports to management indicating dollars to ship and bookings of orders on a weekly basis
Qualifications:
+ BA or BS in Business Administration or relevant field from four-year college or university
+ 7+ years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Certification or working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, standard work and continuous improvement.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead production teams, drive execution and manage cross-functional priorities.
+ Understanding of forecasting and budgeting
+ Proactive approach to problem solving with a sense of urgency and follow through on commitments.
+ Working knowledge of Infor XA/ERP Systems
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Ability and willingness to travel: 10%

**Salary Range:**
$96,200.00-$128,300.000
**Pay Transparency**
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
