**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for safety and quality minded **Manufacturing Managers** **(Level K) to lead the 737 Final Assembly team** in **Renton, Washington** .
As a member of the Leadership team, you will continuously lead and develop Manufacturing Teams. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to embrace and elevate the BPS (Boeing Production System) culture, tools and key performance indicators. **Position Responsibilities:**
+ Manages employees and first-level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines
+ Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives
+ Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
+ Leads, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ 1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
+ 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ Ability to work 1st and/or 2nd shift, including weekends and overtime
+ 1+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives
+ 1+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams across projects and initiatives
+ Experience in project management such as scheduling, resource management, and performance measures
+ Experience leading various problem-solving methods (i.e. Root Cause Analysis or other assessment, and investigative models)
**This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.**
**Shift:**
These position are for 1st and 2nd shift and placement will be determined once candidates are selected. Must be willing to support on any shift.

**Summary pay range: $115,900 - $134,200**
