Job Description

Evaluates and manages methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. Defines vision, strategies, and tactics. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

You will report to plant manager

Experience with plant engineering, industrial engineering, and tooling.In a positive manner despite challenges to deliverables, and resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering field.Minimum 5+ years as Manufacturing Engineering Manager or similar experience.10 years in manufacturing environmentIndustrial electronic is plusBlack belt certification desired.
