Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to support the 777-X Horizonal Build Line team in Everett, Washington

Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplinesDevelops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategiesAcquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesManages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment3+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplaceMust be willing to work 2nd shiftCommitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data1+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)Must be adaptable ands able to execute with urgency

Shift:

This position is for 1st and 2nd shift and placement will be determined once candidates are selected. Must be willing to support on any shift.

Summary pay range: $115,900 – 134,200
