Our client, a leading packaging solutions provider, is seeking Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator , you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Packaging Technician (Machine Operator) Temp to Hire

$16 - $17 per hour 

 

Shifts Available:  Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule   Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule 
Requirements: 1+ year of machine operator experience in a production environment (packaging experience preferred)  Must be over the age of 18  Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts  Ability to stand for long periods of time  Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently  Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team  Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Job Tasks: Operating production machines to make products (packing equipment, fillers, mixers, bottlers, pallet jacks, case erectors) Quality Assurance – Ensuring high standards are met Stacking and palletizing products as part of the production line Collaborating with team members to optimize production efficiency Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
