We're Hiring: Manufacturing Lead – Medical Device Industry
Schedule: Monday – Friday ; 8AM – 5PM
Pay Rate: $26/hr
Job Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Lead / Coordinator to guide and support a production team responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, inspecting, and packaging life-saving medical products. This leadership role is key to maintaining high standards in quality, efficiency, and compliance within a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support daily manufacturing operations to meet production goals Monitor team performance (safety, quality, attendance, efficiency); escalate issues as needed Set up production lines, track metrics, and report daily/weekly performance Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot production issues Mentor and cross-train team members; support ergonomic job rotations Maintain accuracy in documentation, inventory, and material flow Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement Review and address discrepancies in materials, processes, and documentation Support Lean Manufacturing and process optimization initiatives
What We're Looking For 6+ years of manufacturing experience or 1+ year in manufacturing assembly Certification preferred: SPD, CCSV, HSPA, CRCST, CST, or equivalent Proven leadership, mentorship, and communication skills Ability to operate production equipment and resolve technical issues Experience in quality documentation and root cause analysis Familiarity with manufacturing processes and Lean principles
