Your Role:
The Manufacturing Lead will operate various equipment to assemble, inspect, test, and package products, ensuring all tasks are performed according to procedure and meet high-quality specifications. Key responsibilities include the following:
Lead daily production floor operations, managing team assignments, resources, and escalating issues to ensure production targets are metMentor and develop team members by providing coaching on process flow, teamwork, and technical skills, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when necessaryDrive and ensure team-wide adherence to all quality principles, SOPs, and documentation requirementsServe as the primary coordinator with cross-functional teams (QC, Planning, Kitting, etc.) to resolve material shortages, quality concerns, and scheduling conflictsManage the flow of Work-in-Process (WIP), identifying and resolving bottlenecks to address any aging or on-hold materialsOversee and verify production records and related documentation for accuracy and completenessProvide technical guidance and hands-on support for operating and troubleshooting a range of manufacturing equipment, including sealers, bonders, and test instrumentsUtilize precision measuring instruments to ensure products conform to all specified tolerancesPerform system transactions, data entry, and reporting to maintain accurate production records
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED2+ years of experience in material handling or manufacturing operations
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated strong quality knowledge: GMP/GDP, ISO standardsExperience with TrackWise Strong leadership skills Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally to report production informationComputer skills to perform data entry, print reports, communicate via email and instant messageProven track record of working collaboratively and communicating successfully in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment
