Job Description
IFA North America is searching for a high impact and results driven individual to partner with a diverse group of manufacturing professionals. A Manufacturing Excellence Lead for IFA North America will implement, lead, and deliver the IFA North America (IFNA) operational excellence program. Specifically, the role requires application of manufacturing excellence knowledge as direct, lead and support multidisciplinary improvement processes that require evaluation, planning, implementation and follow up. Influence, persuasion, coaching, and training are key skills the incumbent will need to excel with these skills to be effective in a cross-functional team setting. This is matrix reporting relationship position where the incumbent reports directly to the Plant Manager and collaborates heavily with the Continuous Improvement team, whom also reports to the Plant Manager. This position does not have direct reports.

Skills and Requirements
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree required, masters degree preferred. Master studies, preferably in the field of mechanical/industrial engineering or equal education/study with advanced business knowledge
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in leading manufacturing areas like continuous improvement execution, operations management and / or production management ideally in transformation environments
A high level of education and experience in the field of manufacturing (Lean Management, Toyota Production System, Six Sigma, WCM, etc.) with the ability to implement suitable tools and methods
Familiar with the use of controlling instruments, such as P&L analysis, in order to identify the necessary levers for improvements
Willingness to travel if required Automotive null
