Manufacturing Associate – Cell Therapy Production

Are you passionate about cutting-edge cell therapy and making a real impact in patients’ lives? We’re seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our growing team focused on the production of T cell and TCR-engineered therapies. This role is ideal for someone with strong GMP experience, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to quality and safety in a cleanroom environment.


What You’ll DoOperate production equipment and perform processing steps in compliance with GMP standardsAccurately complete production documentation and batch recordsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the production areaStock and manage supplies to ensure uninterrupted operationsTroubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain operational efficiencySupport or leadCommissioning and ValidationactivitiesAssist in the creation and revision of manufacturing documentationIdentify and implementcontinuous improvementopportunitiesEnsure compliance withcGMP, safety protocols, and regulatory requirementsPerform other duties as needed to support team and company goalWhat You BringAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field5+ years of experience in cleanroom or GMP manufacturing environmentsHands-on knowledge of T cell therapy and TCR-engineered cell therapiesStrong understanding of GMP, batch record review, and biologics productionExperience with controlled document creation and reviewExcellent documentation and communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and walk extensively throughout the facilityProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointFluency in English (written and spoken)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $46.00/hr.
