Then the role of Manufacturing Junior Engineer at P&G is for you!

As a Manufacturing Junior Engineer, you will have the opportunity to discover P&G's technologies (Making and Packing) & standards which are worldly recognized. We will help you build your capabilities through the job experience, mentoring and training.

You will be working across either major function (Making or Packing) to:

- Analyze, investigate, and make suggestions, to improve existing manufacturing or assembly processes.

- Design, development, and operation of integrated production systems

- Take an active role in the continuous improvement of machinery and process systems

- Maintaining a keen eye for opportunities to implement lean manufacturing methods

- Increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and success of overall product quality

Job Qualifications

Recent Graduate in one of the following engineering majors: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any relevant engineering degree with 0 – 3 years of relevant experienceBackground in Manufacturing and Production Systems is an advantage.Good command of the Romanian and English languagePossesses the following skills and attributes: technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership and the ability to work with others.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong sense of ownership.P&G is well known and recognized for leadership development, high future earnings and good reference for future career.
