Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a Manufacturing Integration Analyst(Level 3/4) to support the 777X Composite Wing Center in Everett, Washington.

The successful candidate must be able to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

This team focuses on improving coordination, visibility, and delivery across the 777X CWC manufacturing project portfolio supporting production rate increase milestones.

As an Integration Analyst, you’ll help drive execution by tracking initiative health, flagging risks, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring the right people are focused on the right work.

Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Position Responsibilities:

Support intake, prioritization, and tracking of active initiatives across the manufacturing portfolioPartner with engineering, operations, and support teams to remove roadblocks and maintain delivery flowMaintain dashboards and health reports that provide real-time visibility for leadershipFacilitate regular project reviews, check-ins, and escalations on critical or high-risk effortsHelp develop and improve processes, playbooks, and templates used to perform this workAnalyzes and interprets data.Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.Works under general direction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Ability to work any shift5+ years’ experience in the aerospace industryStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication across multiple roles and levelsExperience in project coordination, operations, or systems workflowsAbility to work in ambiguity and proactively find structure3+ years' familiarity with tools like Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higherBackground in manufacturing, engineering coordination, and/or complex operationsExposure to project lifecycle management or PMO processesExperience with data visualization or dashboard tools

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range:

Level 3 - $90,000-$110,000/Annually

Level 4 - $106,200-$129,800/Annually
