Now Hiring for Second Shift: Managers & Production Supervisors   Automation Engineers & Process Engineers   Maintenance (Hourly & Salary)   Logistics Personnel   Manufacturing & Maintenance Technicians   Shift Requirements: Must be available to work multiple shifts, including weekends and overtime (2nd shift start time can vary between 4PM - 5AM). Key Responsibilities: Support daily operations and generate reports to keep the company informed.   Perform effectively under pressure, maintain adaptability, and respond with urgency when required.   Apply general mechanical knowledge and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills across a range of manufacturing equipment. Qualifications: Hourly roles: High school diploma or GED required.   Salaried roles: Bachelor’s degree preferred.   Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics is required.   Automotive industry experience is a significant advantage.
