In this role, you will perform grinding tasks to prepare materials for the painting process, check product quality before shot blast operations, operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently as part of the Grind Team, ensure all materials meet company standards and specifications, maintain a clean and organized work area, follow safety protocols and company procedures, communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, and assist with other tasks as assigned to support production goals.
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ At least 1 year of relevant work experience
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other written documents
+ Basic computer skills and proficiency with EPICOR ERP or similar systems
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Self-motivated and results-oriented
+ Positive interpersonal skills; open-minded to innovative ideas and concepts

**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
