Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing General Laborer to join their team. As a Manufacturing General Laborer, you will be part of the production team supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing General Laborer

Location: Sterrett, AL

Pay Range:

Shift:  Monday - Friday - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

Loading and unloading wood materials. Performing general cleaning of the work area. Assisting with various duties as assigned by supervisors. Maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates. Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to work overtime on Saturdays as needed. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
