**Job Description**
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Manufacturing Financial Analyst** to join our team! This role is pivotal in driving financial visibility and cost control within our manufacturing operations. You’ll be responsible for product line financial analysis, forecasting, and cost reduction strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct **financial analysis** and reporting for product lines to ensure profitability and efficiency.
+ Analyze **Actuals vs. Plan/Forecast** , providing clear insights, risk assessments, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Execute project **cost calculations** , **cash flow projections** , and **customer quote assessments** .
+ Develop and present **Business Plan** to senior management.
+ Maintain **product cost controls** in SAP, including updating standard costs and evaluating cost impacts.
+ Support **cost reduction initiatives** in collaboration with the manufacturing and engineering teams.
+ Prepare and manage **ad hoc financial reports** for the manufacturing group and plant leadership.
+ Develop and **enhance internal reporting tools** and reports.

+ Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, or related field.
+ Knowledge of a Cost Accountant or similar role within Bosch.
+ Experience or knowledge with analysis of cost variances, Current Forecasts and Business Planning, product costing.
+ Understanding of P&L Structure.
+ Excellent experience with SAP, Excel and solid PowerPoint skills.
+ Candidate must have initiative, drive and be team-focused.
+ Proven track record of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication, coordination and facilitation skills.
