Job Title: Manufacturing Finance Analyst, Ohta Summary:コストアナリストとして、太田事業所のオペレーションチームをサポートします。製造コストと財務の分析を担当します。工場のオペレーションチームと緊密に連携し、効率性の向上と財務業績の改善を図ることで、プロセス改善を推進します。 Japan Manufacturing Finance Analyst supports the operations team of Ohta site. This role supports preparation and analysis of manufacturing costs and financial performance. Drive process improvements by working closely with operation team to increase efficiency and to improve financial results. Responsibilities Include: + 太田事業所の財務結果をマネジメントチームに提供する（月次工場ウォーク、週次・月次予測および分析など） + ファイナンスリーダーをサポートし、社内の各リーダーと連携して、工場のパフォーマンスの説明責任および、収益性を促進する + US GAAPに基づき、オペレーションチームに会計ガイドラインを提供する + 本社経理部門と連携し、正確な帳簿を維持し、会社方針を遵守する + 月次決算のための標準原価計算、固定資産および棚卸資産会計をリードする + 変動費の改善に対しオペレーションチームをサポートする + エンジニアリングチームが資本的支出（CAPEX）プロセスを効率化し、投資回収の加速を図ることを支援する。 + 必要に応じて柔軟に各種アドホック分析を実施する + Provide plant financial result to Management team, including, monthly plant walks and weekly and monthly forecast and analysis + Support Ohta Operations Finance Leader by liaising with operations leadership to be accountable for plant performance and to drive profitability + Provide accounting guideline to operations team based on US GAAP + Liaise with controllership to maintain accurate book and comply with company policy + Lead standard costing, fixed asset and inventory accounting for monthly closing + Support operation team to drive Variable Cost Productivity projects + Support engineering team to streamline CAPEX process to accelerate returns + Flexible to perform several ad-hoc analysis as required Qualifications: The following are required for the role Minimum Qualifications: + 産業分野および/または製造業での最低3年のファイナンス経験 + 高い会計/財務分析スキル + 複雑な財務データを解釈できる高い分析力と問題解決能力 + スピード感のあるダイナミックな環境下でも、変化する優先順位に柔軟に対応できる能力 + PCおよびシステムに精通していること：優れたMSオフィス（Excelなど）のスキル + Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial finance and/or manufacturing setting. + Strong accounting/ financial analysis skill is required. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. + PC and systems familiarity: excellent MS Office Suite skills.
