Develop the Facility Section SOW to include the overall PF100 and PF200, reference documents, and set up of SharePoint for contractor bid document storage. Coordinate the Installation Bid Package: Obtaining all SOWs from functional leads to compile into an overall bid package. Coordination of the Detailed Equipment Descriptions, the individual Advanced Feasibility groups are to write their own SOW for their respective tools and equipment.  Work with Purchasing to determine contractor bid list. Organize contractor bid meeting. Receive and analyze installation bids, compare to cost study, make recommendation to Program Implementation on contractor selection. Work with the individual Advanced Feasibility group for this analysis, but the individual groups shall analyze their own costs.
