We also brew Carlsberg and Tuborg under licence for the Irish market, as well as a range of newer products, most recently Guinness 0.0. The brewery is highly utilised placing a premium on plant and process reliability. **About This Role** As the Kegging Manex Lead at St James's Gate Brewery, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Shift Managers to ensure effective implementation of management practices that drive continuous improvement and performance enhancement. You will actively promote and implement tools and techniques that lead to sustainable improvements across operations teams. **You will be responsible for:** + Actively developing, promoting, and driving the use of improvement tools within the department. + Monitoring performance progress across designated areas, ensuring best practices are shared. + Conducting analysis on loss & waste, validating data, and strategizing improvement priorities. + Participating in ongoing improvement projects using structured methodologies. + Coordinating training and coaching on best practices for teams You will be an integral part of the kegging teams to help develop and coach cultural change and drive towards Zero Stops & Zero Waste & 100% Engagement. ​If you are passionate about driving change and achieving excellence, this role is perfect for you. **To be successful in this role, you will need:** + Experience in a process environment demonstrating a proven track record of utilizing manufacturing excellence tools and techniques such as 5S, setup time reduction, Lean Six Sigma, Asset Care, and DMAIC improvement techniques. + Experience in coaching and influencing a range of stakeholders for success. + Great engagement and communication skills. + Be able to interpret and analyze extensive data sources to identify loss and waste, cost-saving opportunities, and trends. **Working with Us** Flexibility is key to our success.
