Job Summary
As an Equipment/Production Engineer for Micron Fab10 Singapore, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and implementing new tool installations, relocations, chamber retrofits to enhance equipment performance and drive continuous improvement program for your process area.
Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades and safety issues. Studies equipment performance and reliability. Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process. Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations. Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.

reporting on QMS/business process performance and opportunities for improvement to management
c) ensuring the promotion of internal and external customer focus throughout the organization

Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience Must have Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Chemical or Materials Engineering from a recognized institution between May 2024 to May 2026 Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus Experience and willingness to work on non-standard working hours (e.g. compressed, 12-hour night shifts).
