Managers in our plant have far-reaching responsibilities which cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment & processes and the motivation of the people working in the plant. As a Process Engineering Manager in the Operations Department, your responsibilities will require a hands-on approach and may include: + Analyzing and optimizing production processes, including centerline management and operational stability improvements. + Daily co-ordination and support for large teams to realize manufacturing targets + Implementation of new equipment upgrades and product innovation as a startup leader. + Technical manager of various manufacturing equipment, processes, and projects. + Quality leader for the department, driving quality event investigations, managing CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and ensuring sustainable solutions. + Leading loss elimination initiatives focused on reducing scrap, line losses, and performance reliability (PR) losses to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
