Work Experience
B.E. Mechanical/ Industrial engineering/ Automobile with 5-6 years of relevant experienceExperience working in Manufacturing plant & Shop support activitiesExperience in PPAP managementExperience in creating Work instructions, Technical instructions, SOP, and Best practicesWorking knowledge in Fabrication, Machining & Assembly processKnowledge of special processes & inspection methodsProficiency in MS Office applicationsExcellent drawing interpretation skills and good knowledge of the use of weld symbolsKnowledge of Painting methods is an added advantage.Basic knowledge of PLM Teamcenter, NX, FEAAbility to work with multiple stakeholders, accountability and schedule-orientedFlexible to work in the US time zone for effective team engagement (as needed)Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
