Join us as a strategic and results-driven leader to evolve our Product Industrialization PMO and drive an enterprise-wide impact across the Integrated Supply Chain.
Your role:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical initiatives across the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), ensuring project outcomes align with business goals and operational priorities.Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers across multiple U.S. sites, providing strategic direction, coaching, and resource oversight for high-impact execution.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across product development, engineering, operations, and quality to drive alignment and ensure successful project delivery.Engage with various Philips Healthcare divisions to support enterprise-wide collaboration, integration, and knowledge-sharing.Travel up to 10% to support team engagement, on-site execution, and key stakeholder interactions.You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, with a demonstrated ability to align projects to strategic objectives; experience as a people leader is required.Your skills include PMO governance, Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies, portfolio oversight, and implementation of maturity models; risk mitigation, budgeting, and financial forecasting are also essential.You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; PMP Certification is required.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. You’re an excellent communicator with proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, present to senior leadership, and foster strong cross-functional relationships.How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Reedsville, PA is $109500 to $175,200
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
