Join us as a strategic and results-driven leader to evolve our Product Industrialization PMO and drive an enterprise-wide impact across the Integrated Supply Chain.
**Your role:**
+ Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical initiatives across the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), ensuring project outcomes align with business goals and operational priorities.
+ Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers across multiple U.S. sites, providing strategic direction, coaching, and resource oversight for high-impact execution.
+ Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across product development, engineering, operations, and quality to drive alignment and ensure successful project delivery.
+ Engage with various Philips Healthcare divisions to support enterprise-wide collaboration, integration, and knowledge-sharing.
+ Travel up to 10% to support team engagement, on-site execution, and key stakeholder interactions.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, with a demonstrated ability to align projects to strategic objectives; experience as a people leader is required.
+ Your skills include PMO governance, Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies, portfolio oversight, and implementation of maturity models; risk mitigation, budgeting, and financial forecasting are also essential.
+ You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; PMP Certification is required.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
+ You’re an excellent communicator with proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, present to senior leadership, and foster strong cross-functional relationships.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in Reedsville, PA is $109500 to $175,200
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
