Manufacturing Engineering Manager

What will your responsibilities be?
Leading a team of Manufacturing Engineers and PLC ProgrammersEnsuring of technical preparation (RFQ), development and implementation of new technological procedures and equipmentDeveloping the layout of the production line and its optimizationDeveloping the process flow-chart of individual production modelsEnsuring of the performance and revision of PFMEA for individual production modelsEnsuring of the manufacturing feasibility according DFA/DFMEnsuring of the implementation of technical changes to individual production modelsEnsuring of construction of reference seat samples for serial production and prototype seats and samples for new productionStimulate and monitor continuous improvement processes in the plant (LEAN, KAIZEN, DO IT)Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
University degree - mechanical or industrial engineeringExperience in team management5 years’ experience in a similar position – manufacturing / development / productionKnowledge and work experience with PFMEA, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, MTMOrganizational skillsGood knowledge of English (on a communication level) and Hungarian (mother tongue)Standard PC skills, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.Adient is committed to equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
