Job Summary

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities. This internship provides exposure to real-world projects that enhance quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Engineering Projects – Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects to support seamless production.

Documentation – Help prepare and maintain technical documents, including specifications, test plans, and validation protocols.

Testing & Validation – Support testing of new products to ensure they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

Process Improvement – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement enhancements.

Data Analysis – Analyze manufacturing data to optimize metrics such as cycle time, weld strength, and defect rates.

Regulatory Compliance – Assist in ensuring products meet ISO13485 and other industry standards.

Communication – Provide updates to the team and stakeholders on project progress and problem resolutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Basic understanding of engineering principles, product development, and quality assurance.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to collaborate in cross-functional projects.

Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail.

Preferred:

Familiarity with CAD, MATLAB, or other engineering tools.
