**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Performs manufacturing engineering work relating to production process, production methods.
+ Responsibility to improve production productivity, quality and safety prevention.
+ Responsibility to localization project, act as localization project leader, work with cross function team to qualify and launch products to production following standard project gate review process
+ Responsible for manufacturing process selection, layout design, develop assembly& test fixtures of new projects, lead production team to complete product pilot run and improve first pass yield.
+ Responsible for new equipment introduction, production line set up, develop and implement automation and IIOT solutions to continuously improve productivity.
+ Develop process documentation, provide training to operators and line leaders on new processes, materials, and equipment.
+ Collaborate with quality team to ensure that all quality issues are adequately and appropriately addressed.
+ Continuously contribute to quality and productivity improvements with lean and six sigma tools, drive cost down and operation excellent.
+ Other assignments required by line manager.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.
+ Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Experience of automation and productivity improvement.
+ Familiar with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, etc.
+ Knowledge of quality control systems.
+ CAD reading and drawing skills.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
+ Good communication skills of oral and written English.
