In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Performs manufacturing engineering work relating to production process, production methods. Responsibility to improve production productivity, quality and safety prevention. Responsibility to localization project, act as localization project leader, work with cross function team to qualify and launch products to production following standard project gate review process Responsible for manufacturing process selection, layout design, develop assembly& test fixtures of new projects, lead production team to complete product pilot run and improve first pass yield. Responsible for new equipment introduction, production line set up, develop and implement automation and IIOT solutions to continuously improve productivity. Develop process documentation, provide training to operators and line leaders on new processes, materials, and equipment. Collaborate with quality team to ensure that all quality issues are adequately and appropriately addressed. Continuously contribute to quality and productivity improvements with lean and six sigma tools, drive cost down and operation excellent.  Other assignments required by line manager.

  For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing industry. Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience of automation and productivity improvement. Familiar with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, etc. Knowledge of quality control systems. CAD reading and drawing skills.
  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Strong analytical and problem-solving skill. Good communication skills of oral and written English.
