For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing industry. Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience of automation and productivity improvement. Familiar with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, etc. Knowledge of quality control systems. CAD reading and drawing skills.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Strong analytical and problem-solving skill. Good communication skills of oral and written English.
