For This Role, You Will Need: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field Proficient use of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software. Ability to work 40 hours a week during the scheduled semester Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to document technical information clearly. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher Sophomore or higher-class status Basic understanding of CNC machining principles and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
