As our Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Manager , you’ll play a key role in will lead and manage all engineering and maintenance functions related to the scroll compressor assembly line.

What You’ll Be DoingEnsure all manufacturing processes (washing, welding, assembly, testing, painting, labeling, and packaging) are stable, standardized, and well-documented. Ensure high equipment uptime by developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of approximately 8 engineering and maintenance professionals. Utilize structured problem-solving tools such as 5 Why’s, Fishbone (Ishikawa), DMAIC, and A3 reports to resolve recurring issues. Identify and execute productivity improvement initiatives that enhance throughput and remove bottlenecks. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus). Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Strong knowledge of assembly line operations in a high-volume, complex manufacturing environment. Experience in compressor, HVAC, or related mechanical assembly industries preferred Strong communication, leadership, and people development skills.
